Some deals take you directly to a partner merchant's site (like Amazon, Nike, or Samsung). In those cases, their checkout and policies apply once you leave our site. We may earn a small referral fee when you buy — this never affects the price you pay.

You need to be 18 or older to use DealsWay4U and make purchases. By using the site, you agree to provide accurate information and use the platform fairly — no bots, no fake accounts, no exploiting deal limits.

We reserve the right to suspend any account that's being misused, without prior notice.

Deals on DealsWay4U are time-limited and stock-dependent. When a timer runs out or stock is gone, the deal is over. Prices shown are accurate at the time of listing, but we can't guarantee they'll still be valid by the time you click through to a merchant's site.

If a pricing error occurs on a direct purchase, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full — no harm done.

For purchases made directly on DealsWay4U, we'll charge your chosen payment method and send you a confirmation email. Payments are handled by a secure, PCI-compliant gateway — we never store your card details.

We can refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or a terms violation. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. For direct orders, you can cancel within 1 hour of placing it. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Got something defective? Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll sort it out — replacement or full refund, your choice. Refunds process within 5–10 business days.

If you subscribed to deal alerts, we'll email you when hot new deals drop. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email — no questions asked. We'll still send you order-related emails even after unsubscribing from promos.

Everything on DealsWay4U — the logo, design, deal content, and text — belongs to us and is protected. Please don't copy or scrape it without permission.

In return, we ask that you use the site honestly and fairly. If your actions cause us legal or financial harm, you agree to cover those costs.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and email registered users about any significant changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
